Creator Selection Policy

We want RREFLEKT to be a trusted community, so applications and campaign spots are reviewed. Here’s how selection works — and how you can keep improving your chances.

Approval is not guaranteed

Submitting an application doesn't guarantee approval. We review each application for fit with the RREFLEKT community, and not everyone is approved on their first try.

Campaign selection is not guaranteed

Being an approved creator doesn't guarantee a spot in every campaign. Many campaigns have limited seats, and selection is competitive.

How limited campaign seats are allocated

When a campaign has limited seats, we use a balanced model rather than first-come-first-served. Allocation can consider:

XP — your overall progress and activity on the platform
Season Score — your performance in the current season
Rating — your reliability, content quality, and trust signals
Wildcard — a fair allocation so newer creators also get a chance

You can improve your eligibility over time

Your standing isn't fixed. Completing your profile, submitting strong content, taking part consistently, and growing your XP, Season Score, and Rating all improve your chances of being selected.

Rejection isn’t permanent

A “not selected” or “not approved yet” result is a moment in time, not a permanent door closing. Many creators improve and are approved or selected later.

What we look at

When reviewing applications and content, we consider things like:

Quality — the care and craft in your content
Authenticity — real voice and real engagement
Consistency — showing up and following through
Brand fit — alignment with RREFLEKT’s raw.real.you spirit
